At each of your regular checkup appointments, you will receive professional at-home whitening gel to keep your smile bright between visits.

Terms & Conditions
- Maintain recommended hygiene appointments.
- Comply with our cancellation policy. We ask that you give us two full business days’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. In the event that an appointment is cancelled or changed, it must be rescheduled within 21 days.
- All necessary treatment recommended by Dr Ashrafi must be completed. Once it has been completed, you will be given your touch up whitening gel.
- Must be 16 or older.
